ORDERING


Ordering is easy. Simply visit SHOPBLUMS.COM at your convenience. Choose from an extensive collection of the latest fashions of swimwear and lingerie available in the market today.

PAYMENT PROCESSING


Blum's accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.

Blum's will seek an approval authorization from your credit card issuer at time of order placement. However, your account will not be charged until time of shipment.

ORDER CONFIRMATION


When you place an order on the website, you will receive an initial confirmation of that order. Should you note a discrepancy in the order please contact us immediately.

A separate confirmation will be sent when your order is actually shipped and will include a tracking number. 

BLUM'S GIFT CERTIFICATES


Blum's gift certificates are available for purchase in any denomination on-line, but are redeemable at our retail store locations only. Gift Cards can only be sent to the billing address. If you wish to have a Gift Card sent elsewhere please contact us at the time of purchase at 716-633-8999. 

SALE TAX


For orders delivered within the state of New York, Blum's will collect the appropriate sales tax based on the delivery address. The sales tax calculation will be on your total order, including shipping and handling.

BACKORDERS


Blum's maintains a large inventory of merchandise. However, due to product demand, an item you selected may be placed on back order. We will notify you of any back order and will provide an estimated time frame when the item will be available.

We will be charged you for back ordered items until they arrive and we ship it to you. If part of your order is ready to ship, we will send you that portion immediately. The regular shipping charge will be applied on the initial shipment. There will be no additional shipping charge on any back ordered items.

SHIPPING

 

Blum's will process your purchase request promptly and most orders received during normal business days are shipped within 48 hours of placement. A confirmation will be sent to you when your order is shipped.  The confirmation will include detailed information on the items shipped, any items placed on back order, the shipping carrier and the assigned tracking number.

We ship most orders via USPS mail or UPS. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total purchase order amount before adding sales tax (if applicable.) A tracking number is assigned on all domestic packages to help ensure proper delivery.

-     We ship by either USPS or UPS.
-     Domestic shipping includes the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. However, Priority Plus shipping is NOT available to destinations outside the continental United States. APO and AFO are eligible for domestic delivery only.
-     Business Hours are Monday through Friday, 10AM-5PM, excluding holidays.
-     We will send you an e-mail confirmation and tracking number when your order is shipped.
-     Merchandise you return will be credited or refunded in accordance with our return policy (see return policy) excluding shipping and handling charges or return postage.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


-    In addition to the domestic shipping locations indicated above, we also ship to Canada. Priority Plus shipping is not available for international shipments.

International Orders are subject to individual customs procedures, and duty/tax. Check with your local customs office for those charges. Customs procedures vary - clearing customs can add to expected delivery times. Tracking is provided via the US Postal Service and UPS for Canadian orders. Blum's is not responsible for packages lost in transit to Non-domestic destinations. Please order at your own risk and dependency on the US Postal Service and your local carriers.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS


Please note: All online purchases must be returned via mail and are not returnable to our retail stores locations.

All "Sale" and "Clearance" items purchased online are final sales and non-refundable. This includes merchandise found in the "Sale" Section of the site. Merchandise other than "Sale" or "Clearance" items returned to Blum's within 30 days of your delivery date will be refunded, less shipping charges to the credit card used in the original purchase. Credits are generally issued within 30 days of the return of merchandise. Certain online purchase conditions apply:

-     Returned merchandise must be in "new" condition, unworn, unsoiled with all tags and protective shields in place.
-     Merchandise which has been worn, soiled, mishandled, abused and missing tags will be returned to the purchaser.  No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged a $15 shipping and handling fee for the return shipment.  The purchaser will forfeit any and all claims.

If your return is for Exchange:
-     Merchandise received for exchange must be in "new" condition (see all conditions outlined above).
-     It must be returned with 30 days of the delivery date to be given full credit toward the exchange purchase.
-     No shipping charges will be added for standard shipping on exchanges. Express shipping may be available for the added cost (see shipping fee schedule above.)
-     Any merchandise returned after 30 days from the delivery date is non-refundable. Merchandise will be returned to the purchaser. A $15 shipping and handling fee will be charged to the purchaser account.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges to return all refund and exchange merchandise to us. Please ship your package prepaid. We will not accept COD shipments.  Blum's is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For your safety, we recommend you insure your return package.

RETURN PROCEDURES

-     Complete the Return/Exchange form in its entirety (incomplete form will delay processing). If the Return Form was not included with your invoice you can print one here
-     Include the original sales receipt.
-     Place merchandise, Return/Exchange form and original sales receipt into a shipping package and secure properly.
-     Please send prepaid package, insured, with traceable carrier of your choice to ensure a safe, documented delivery to:

CREDITING YOUR ACCOUNT

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, the same credit card used to pay for the initial purchase will be credited, if you are due a refund.  Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card account.
