Refund policy

Returns:

  • Select full-priced items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Select items are non-returnable, including but not limited to final sale items, clearance items, gift cards, shapewear, strapless bras, adhesive bras, and corsets

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@shopblums.com immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary
  • If shipping an item over $75, you should consider tracking the shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
